About SMRs - Quick Overview
Pelco knows that when it comes to video security, one size doesn’t fit all. Each installation and each customer brings its own unique set of requirements that may demand customized solutions. As part of our unmatched focus on the customer, our Special Modification Requests (SMR) program is designed to meet such needs.
To get an idea of the modifications we have already made or to search for a specific modification, select the “SMR Catalog” tab to browse or search our SMR data base. To explore the options for custom finishing and the products that are available for this service, select the “Custom Colors” tab.
